About the Wine

2019 PARMESON ROSÉ | SONOMA COUNTY

Winemaker Notes

“This year I extracted (saignée) juice from two different varieties of grapes Zinfandel and Malbec. As you can tell from the resulting color, there was very limited skin contact and extraction of phenolics. Fermented cool and aged in stainless steel to preserve the beautiful fresh fruit flavors and aromas.” – Tom Parmeson

Vineyard Notes

Delicate aromas of fresh lemon and lime leaves are complimented by flavors of white peaches, sour cherries and lychees.  This is a classic French-inspired dry rosé that is delightfully refreshing and perfect for your spring and summer soirées.

Food Pairing

On its own, or with food, rosé is ideal for those hot summer evenings.  Some of our favorite pairings include grilled fish, Salade Niçoise, spicy sushi, red curry, steamed mussels or salmon blinis.
