About the Wine
Endulge yourself in the Chilean terroir with this low-production, barrel-select, small-batch blend of the finest fruit sourced from Vina Requingua's estate.

Viña Requingua, which in Mapuche means ´Corner of the Winds’, traces its origins back to October 6th 1961, when the vineyard was founded by Santiago Achurra Larraín and the story of the vineyard began.

Not only are all of the vineyards dry-farmed, sustainably-grown and hand-picked, but every single bottle is crafted and numbered at their state of the art facility in the heart of the Valle del Curico.
The climate and terroir of Valle del Curico provides the essential environment to cultivate some of the finest Red blends Chile has, and their estates of strategically placed vineyards produce an excellent source of Syrah, Carmenere, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot berries.

Old-World Meets New with Vina Requingua's head winemaker Benoit Fitte

Tasting Notes:
Deep garnet color showing a complex nose of blackcurrant, blackberry, shaved dark chocolate, vanilla bean, forest underbrush, liquorice and spices. Exhibiting unique freshness on the palate with voluptuous tannins. A long finish grows notes of cocoa, dried herbs and black fruits which linger as you long for another sip.
