Gotta get my Dom on! 1985 in the house...

Got to get my Dom on!! 1985 Dom Perignon might be my favorite yet! This wine is like sipping liquid gold.

The color is a light golden straw like the first rays of sun reflecting off morning dew. I am amazed at the complexity of the nose showing warm apple pie, quince, honey, clove, and small summer flowers.
The palate shows crisp green apple drizzled with thick caramel. The weight is moderately heavy like licking honey. Perfectly oxidized and excellent balance. This wine is amazing!!
